Any ongoing clinical care — therapy, medication management, prescriptions — is a separate service provided by the treating clinician and billed separately (often to insurance). The $99 covers the assessment and its review.
The $99 assessment is paid directly (a fraction of a typical evaluation, so most people don’t need to involve insurance for it). Any follow-on clinical care with a clinician may be billable to insurance depending on your plan and provider.
